To protect our Little Athletes from extreme weather conditions, we have adopted a Hot Weather Policy that dictates a modified programme or a meet cancellation
For temperature forecasts between 36 & 37 Degrees we will operate a modified programme.
For temperature forecasts of 38 Degrees and above the program will be cancelled.
Forecasts are taken from the Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology website & announcements on the Friday 6pm News.
Cancellations will then be posted on the website based on the forecast temperature and email communications will be sent wherever possible.
Notices will also be posted at the oval by 8am.
